Description
A lovely Vfr400 Nc24,
In fantastic showroom condition.... looks like new .... but better...
Great body panels ... with no marks... all the metal work ect is polished and looks like new...
Bought this motorbike off a Friends uncle a couple of years ago, who's hobby is rebuilding classic motorbikes to showroom condition. Took him 3 years to restore. Full nut and bolt restoration..... went down to see it and just fell in love with it.
All geniune Honda panels, with full paint job by Dream Machine in Nottingham. This stunning paintwork cost over £1000.
The screen is by Powerbronze.
A full new stainless steel exhaust system and collector box by Motad (via Dave Silvers) and a Pipewerx (Hawk) stainless end can.
Carbs fully rebuilt and vapor blasted by Slipstream Tuning in Sevenoaks Kent, also costing over £1000
Newly powder coated wheels, all engine covers powder coated gloss black..... so the bike looks just as good on the inside as out.
Both tyres are new.
New brake discs, rebuilt calipers and stainless hoses all around.
New radiator.
New Hagon shock (£300)
New rectifier and wiring updated to prevent known issues with Honda charging systems of this period, plus brand new battery.
All brand new stainless steel fasteners .....
And loads more which I cant list... as getting finger ache now! Lol ????
Got all the receipts in a thick file, I try not to add up the costs.... as the guy who I bought it off takes more enjoyment on the Restoration, than monetary value.....
He wanted to keep it as part of his collection, but had no room to keep it and or the time to keep taking it out for a ride.
Like I said, I bought it a couple of years ago with the vision of taking it to a few VJMC shows ect, but sadly injured my back.... with very bad sciatica :(
With it just standing there in a heated garage.... it wasn't getting the use it should.... or the attention this amazing looking bike really deserves.... These bike are made for riding .... but would look just as good in any collection.... in you're house ... or in any mancave! :)
