For Sale, 1997 Volvo 850R. Auto.
Mot until 09-08-2022. 221k miles, UK car, 7 seater. Great Condition.
In the 2 years of my ownership ive carried out the following:
Wheels refurbed
New stock exhaust fitted
Oil and filter changed
Timing Belt, water pump and Aux belt replaced, coolant flushed
Pollen Filter Changed
Speedo cogs repaired
Polyurathane Subframe bush inserts fitted
Lower engine mount changed, polyurathane top mount installed
New CV joints, front wheel bearings, wishbones and balljoints, track rod ends, and drop links fitted.
New front suspension top mounts and bearings fitted.
Tracking and wheel alignment carried out following suspension work.
New mintex discs / pads and fitting kits all round - front brakes are 302mm
New handbrake cables and handbrake shoes/ fitting kit fitted.
New in tank fuel pump fitted.
Good condition stock head unit sourced and fitted.
Correct beige rear load cover sourced, repaired and fitted.
As you can see from the pictures, the car is very presentable and in clean unmodified condition. It drives well without any knocks and bangs thanks to all the suspension work, and performs just as youd expect from an R!
It does have some stonechips, scratches, small dents and areas that have been touched in to the body work, and the interior shows some signs of use, but i would say this 850R is a better example than many at this age.
