I have owned this car for just over three years. In that time it has covered just under 2, 000 miles and the following work has been carried out to it:
Cambelt and water pump replacement
New battery and earth lead
Replacement brake disks and pads, front and rear
Four new tyres
Regular servicing and oil changes, including a full service by a Rover specialist in September 2020.
I am not an expert but believe that it is mechanically very sound and am told by all that have worked on it that it is very clean underneath. Rust protection has been applied to the box sections and underneath of the car.
It has a recent MOT which expires at the end of June 2022, with only one minor advisory.
The V5 shows five former keepers but four of those were father and son who each owned it twice!
The car comes with two keys and full service history.
The only issues that I am aware of are:
A small rust bubble on the near side rear wing
A small amount of stitching on the top of the drivers seat needs attention
A small amount of "dash lift" (see picture) which should be a straightforward repair.
A very clean and nice looking car, which is very rare these days.
