With great regret we have this mercedes 280sl in stunning condition inside and out with a low mileage of just over 59000 miles one previous owner , only for sale due to its owner of 20 years passing . i have been given the task of finding a new owner due to the family not wanting to deal with it . it comes with a hard top , original wheels all hand books/ wallets and spare keys ect as pictured . it has just had a full mot and is ready to enjoy . unfortunately about 15 years ago the car slipped off the road and damaged the left wing , door and front bumper these where replaced with genuine items by an insurance approved body shop . the insurance company wanted to take the car away and pay out but jim was having none of it , so he agreed he would keep the car and have it fixed himself . they categorized the car which is unfair as there was no structural or serious damage in any way other than the parts mentioned and a small about of underseal scraped off the underside . this car was never going to be sold on so this was never going to be a problem.
