I bought my beloved Traveliner Sprinter from the Mercedes-Benz East London Van Centre in March 2015. It was an ex-demonstration vehicle but had done less than 2, 000 miles in 2 years. I have done less than 50, 000 miles in it, mostly cruising to Spain and back. It has a full Mercedes service history (next due in 16, 900 miles). My plan was to convert it to a camper when I moved to Spain, but I am forced to sell as I am not allowed to register it in Spain because they classify it as a RHD commercial vehicle. It is not strictly a van, because it is fully lined inside with windows all round, and it is not strictly a minibus because it only has 7 seats. The rear seats can easily be removed without tools. The V5C registration document states the body type is “MPV” and the taxation class is “Diesel Car”.
It comes with a factory fitted Oris tow bar and removable tow ball. I am also including a drop plate (if the tow ball needs lowering), a spare rear number plate, and two pairs of snow chains. It has had a professionally fitted roof window which opens fully providing access to the roof or an escape hatch. It also comes with a reversing camera and monitor.
