1983 XR200RD. The XR was stripped down to the last nut and bolt. All plastics where restored and not spray painted.. The frame, swing arm, engine where aqua-blasted to bare metal as well as most of the metal parts. Frame swing arm and other parts i. e stand kickstarter triple clamps etc are powder coated. All nuts, bolts, axels, brake drum levers, cable ends, spokes and spoke nipples and all others are zinc plated. The rims where anodised (some pitting is still visible)
Rear Pro-Link shock has been re-built.
A new carburettor was fitted. The engine runs perfectly and gear changes smoothly, a video of the XR riding is available on request.
