Reg: M6 PNK - Staying on van
Imported as a converted custom day van in 2002 from Florida and owned by the same person up until 2021 when i purchased it. I towed a caravan to car shows, but decided to sell the caravan and buy a day van. Having been to a couple of shows last year it was great. I fitted a side awning, which is included in the sale. My Cadillac is now finished and i cant take both to a show so reluctantly the van needs to go for another caravan.
It has full pink custom paint, however like most American vehicles, the lacquer is starting to peel. There is a can of matching paint but I've been not brave enough to try and paint it! There is a small dent in the bonnet and in the rear.
It is listed as bi-fuel as it had LPG fitted. I bought it empty and have never tried using it. I have serviced the engine and replaced electrics (coil, cap etc). its powered by a Mopar 318 injected magnum engine which are known to be bullet proof.
The interior is pink! The carpet was pink but faded over the years but the rest is still pink. Seats, door and roof trim etc. The back seats electrically convert to a bed. The TV is fitted with a VHS which works, as we watched drag racing videos on it! There are separate speaker jack points and a games point... not sure if or how that works! Front console fold out to a table. There is even a small 12v kettle!
She has separate rear heating. The stereo unit isn't great but does have a reverse camera fitted. It also has a permanent camera to the rear as there is no rear view mirror.
There is a towbar fitted. Not needed to tow with it, but I did test the electrics and they worked properly.
Mechanically a great van, and ready to use with a brand new mot.
