Absolutely stunning 1961 Mercedes 190SL!
Since we love the 190SL model on itself we have been focussing on this market over the last few years.
This sometimes makes us more critical about the restorations, but we are thoroughly impressed by this matching numbers ’61. This wonderful 2-seater is not only standing out by its beautiful colour scheme. It is the sheer quality that is so impressive.
Our SL was restored in Germany during 2015-2016 and hardly driven since.
The car was brought back to its factory specifications with unmitigated attention to detail and authenticity.
We are talking; proper plating techniques, colour selections, materials replacement, and proper reproduction of 190SL factory original parts.
Of course, this Mercedes 190SL Convertible has matching numbers. The engine was fitted with its original Solex carburettors.
