I have decided to sell one of my cars which I am not using as much as I would like.
This is an original car with a large history file. It originally belonged to the South African Reliant expert in Cape Town.
The car has an original interior as per factory. Slight tear in driver seat otherwise all in excellent condition for year. The car has had thousands spent over the past few years, briefly this was on the following:
Four new Dunlop tyres, Stainless steel exhaust, new gearbox seals on linkage and new gearbox oil, complete engine rebuild 400km ago with new oversize pistons, new waterpump, Weber carb, Aluminium cam gear replaced old nylon one, new clutch,
Heads rebuilt and skimmed, blocks decked, performance cam fitted, electronic ignition, new big ends etc. (about GBP 1750 in parts and labour)
Radiator refurbished and new stainless steel water pipes made to replace old metal ones. Car was resprayed completely but has a few heat cracks appearing on the bonnet which is common with the heat in South Africa. Runs well and sounds great. I have a Mountney wheel on the car but have the original wheel. Car has full history and all original manuals, aftermarket books etc. Price excludes shipping.
