A rare beast from an age of no seat belts and silver ashtrays.
For sale, my 1972 classic hearse - the Daimler DS420. Original interior with coffin deck and fittings. All glass intact, no cracks.
Work during ownership.
Brand new transmission cooler pipes fitted by a Jaguar dealership (receipt available), fuel pump replaced, four new tyres and a new battery. Both fuel tanks cleaned.
I have also had some welding done on the sills and critical areas.
Off the road and under cover since 2018, but engine regularly turned over. Last funeral as a working hearse in 2008. For funeral work would need paintwork tidying up, some flaking and bubbling.
Wonderful as a drivable classic in its own right.
