Originally a JDM car, this car was imported to the UK in 2013 by NEWERA Imports and registered by RK Tuning who subsequently sold the car to it’s second and only owner, Mr Andrews in December 2013.
Shortly after purchasing the car Mr Andrews made the excellent and wise decision to have the car treated with anti-corrosion materials, thereby ensuring the cars longevity in the UK’s harsh climate, which has no doubt helped preserve the car and helped it remain in the excellent standard that it is in today.
Mildly upgraded by redline tuning with the fitment of an FSE fuel pressure regulator kit and a 3 port boost control solenoid, the car was set up on a rolling road with the dyno readings showing an improvement in BHP from 284bhp to 303bhp.
When the car was imported, the speedo was converted to MPH but the numbers recorded on the odometer were not changed. The odometer currently reads 111699 which is a combination of 97833 km before the conversion and 13866 miles recorded since the conversion, giving a total mileage of 72565 miles.
Presented in very nice order throughout, the paintwork is in great condition whilst the interior belies the cars age with unworn seats and unmarked carpets.
Due to the limited number imported these Impreza GF8 Wagons are becoming collectable and have a strong and loyal following being both a fun and practical car. And, with the prices of GC8 Saloons from Japan becoming unattainable for many, these offer the same amount of fun at an affordable price.
Before delivery this car will and have a fresh MOT and we welcome prospective customers to test drive and fully inspect the car in our workshop, where they can raise the car on our ramps should they wish.
