For sale is my 1981 Mercedes classical campervan.
The camper has had a steady remedial life once used by its previous owner as a homestead whilst one lived and worked on a farm down in Bordeaux France.
The vehicle was then driven back to the United Kingdom to then have been stored in a dry sheltered barn from which it has sat ever since.
I would describe the overall condition of the vehicle as “excellent” with minimal rust, a few paint chips on the exterior body and a dry damp free interior.
Please note I have not tested any interior lighting or any of the gas/ fridge appliances.
There are two seats for the cab of the camper from which you can access the living quarters from a sliding door from the rear of the seats, upon entry to the rear you will find shelving backed onto the crew cab, a side door for outdoor access, a toilet and shower upon your left which has a solar panel in need of hooking up. On your right you will find the kitchen with a gas hob, fridge, sink and cupboards. As you walk past the kitchen to the rear you will find a fold out double bed and more storage units.
The engine has 169696km on the clock from which starts, runs and operated as should. The gearbox and clutch shifts as should.
Minimal rust to be seen under the arches and on the chassis of the vehicle.
60% tyre life remaining approximately.
Minimal mot paperwork. V5c current.
