Have owned this car over 9 years. In last 2 years we finally had time to restore it.
It had new floor pans..
car is very original- original low genuine mileage !
All chrome door handles, bumpers trims etc are new plus all new headlights
we painted it with antirust spray and resprayed it in original colour Pageant blue
List of parts replaced is endless for example:
brake wheel cylinders, brake pipes- copper type, brake flexible parts , brake shoes, new exhaust system, new battery, new rubber suspension- Hilos, new rear subframe, all painted with Hammerite to protect it, We fitted later type seats in good condition as they are more comfortable. Also new fuel line, electronic ignition fitted , filters, oils , spark plugs, re-built carburator, new cables, silicon water hoses, new water pump etc., plus loads more fitted
everything was painted with zink spray inside and out
We have restored the car for ourselves as usable daily driver. Decided to sell it as we have other classic cars we need to finish off.
Drives very well, gear change is excellent.
