For Sale - my late Dad's 1978 Renault 16 TL
The car is a metallic green 5 door hatchback with brown interior.
The car has been in the family since April 1981 and dry stored since November 1983. It requires recommissioning and does not run.
I believe the car to be solid (it's 44 years old) after it's dry storage, and can only see surface rust on the offside wing top and passenger door. The brakes free'd easily when we moved it out of the garage and the car is still on original tyres. Spare wheels & tyres and spare chrome caps included
The bonnet and roof were resprayed in 1983 following hailstone damage on holiday and the car was garaged and covered on return from the coachworks.
the How Many Left website advises that only 3 1978 cars are still registered or Sorn. I have the V5 in my name.
The car is currently in secure storage.
