We are offering a very rare Bertone designed BMW 3200CS. Not more than 1/ 3 of the once manufactured cars are still in ready-to-go condition.
The car was built in late 1962 and delivered to the company Auto Becker in Krefeld / Germany on 18/ 12/ 1962.
The first owner was the owner of a brewery Mr. Günter Dick from Willich (date of first registration 22/ 12/ 1962).
The existing paper documentation states four previous owners.
The original engine, plate number #41087, was subsequently replaced by the original Bertone engine #41528.
It is a beautiful vehicle of the first series. The car dashboard is lacquered in body colour “dust beige”.
The car is in immaculate condition, with fresh service and no rust.
The interior is made of beautiful brown leather and shows no damages.
Inspection and testing ride are offered subject to prior appointment.
No contact to be made by agents or “carpet dealers”. The vehicle will be sold in its current condition. Any price negotiations should be carried out in person on the spot.
The car is being sold because of a change of an existing collection by a private vendor. For this reason, we explicitly underline that no guaranty or warranty claims will be accepted after the finalisation of the sale. The car is over 60 years old, so there are surely signs of use – this is what it is supposed to be!
