here for sale is my honda civic vti
this car would be a great opportunity to invest money into as they becoming very rare to find. They only going up in value so u would never lose out but make a profit when you do decide to sell it.
this car has the original b16a engine which this car has come out off the factory with. This car has never had itz engine swapped or modified in any way
( except induction kit ) if you know about these cars you would know how hard it is to find one off these cars with original engine and not modified.
the last owner was a old fella. Him and his wife only used the car for weekends. They had the car in the family for last 10 + years. So the car has never been abused in anyway. If you know about these cars you would find that out when you drive the car. Itz a genuine car, that has been some ones pride and joy.
the car drives spot-on it has never missed a beat.
the vtec kicks in when it should. There is no smoke in vtec or any signs or any unwanted noises.
the gear box is nice and smooth with no crunches in gears or any unwanted noises.
the car as always been used on
v power petrol and not any other fuel.
the car is a top spec.
it has full black leather interior
electric sun roof that opens
( no leaks 100% )
front 2 electric windows
central locking
front fog lights
standard alloy wheels
( just been refurbished )
the car body is in very good condition overall for itz age and millage.
the n/ s rear out sill is average and has some surface rust

and
o/ s rear arche has some surface rust (pictures added) but nothing bad. No holes or anything like that.
the car is very clean from underneath.

the car has got bills/ receipts and mot papers with it.
the car is totally standard except from having a induction kit but i do have the stranded ( original ) air box to go with it the car. I also have a new clutch and few more stuff to go with the car for right deal.
the car as always been dry stored in the garage. Only reason for selling the car is because i need the space and the money for house renovation
