Description
1969 BSA Bantam B175 fitted with a 1982 honda xl125 engine (4 stroke). I bought the bike in July 2013 to run with L plates once I passed my CBT.
Speedo replaced twice during my ownership due to the original one jamming up and the first replacement had a very bouncy needle so it was replaced again. Mileage was 21500 when I got it but I imagine the vast majority of that was with the origional engine.
I had the engine appart soon after buying with new piston rings, head gasket, timing chain and tensioner fitted.

Recently fitted with new exhaust system
Oil changed today
Tax exempt but still requires MOT due to engine change. MOT passed with no advisories 16/ 6/ 22
