AFTER SOME VERY HELPFUL INDUSTRY FEEDBACK, I HAVE UPDATED
THE LISTING AND REDUCED THE PRICE TO HELP WITH THE SALE.

The car has had two previous owners,
with the Service Booklet showing MB servicing until 1999.
I have since done extensive work on the car to bring it up to its present standard.
All receipts for the work carried out are now with the car.
It is in good presentable condition, not perfect, but very straight and with a nice patina to the burgundy
paintwork conducive to its age (please note detail pictures) and with a near perfect cream MB Tex interior.
It is a truly an impressive sight on the roads, it always draws interest and comments wherever I go.
Mechanically the is in very good condition, it car starts first time, every time, and runs very smoothly
when up to temperature.
It is a very comfortable drive on the motorway, helped by my upgrading of the front seat springs.
The car has had a lot of work done on it, too much to list in its entirety, but here is a selection;
Upgraded hoses on the fuel rail.
All injectors are cleaned and balanced.
Refurbished air slider.
New front and rear brake pads with back plates,
All bushes replaced.
Track rods
Set of 4 new Uniroyal tyres (only 1000+ miles usage).
Powder coated steel wheels.
New boot rubber seal.
New under bonnet insulation.
Refurbished vacuum central locking units in all doors.
New colour coded seat belts all round.
New rear parcel shelf speakers and electric aerial, wired in,
but not hooked up (a job I have not got round to)
Both outer sills were professionally replaced.
It comes with a few spares.
The new replacement front windscreen, with MB screen rubber,
will now be included with the sale.
MOT, just MOT'd it on the suggestion of an enquiry, which make sense.
Passed with minor advisories -battery loose (I have sorted this) and light misting of
oil on O R Shock absorber (repair if necessary)
The car has vintage status so can be driven into central London for free (if that takes your fancy)
The car needs to be seen and driven to fully appreciate it, but
I can supply further photographs and a video walk round on request,
particularly as I am in Cornwall which is not that convenient to most people.
