This is not your usual rather tired run of the mill Testarossa. It has clearly been very carefully looked after by each owner and since arriving in the UK it has been correctly maintained by Ferrari supremos Bob Houghton Ltd, indeed they sold the car to the last owner. As a result, it presents and drives beautifully with little sign of wear from its 31 years and 49, 000 kilometres of use.
The Testarossa was supplied when new to its home market in October 1991 by Adelauto, the Ferrari main dealer for Palermo. They continued to maintain the car as per stamps in the original service book, the last being in 2008 at 26, 748 km.
The Testarossa was imported into the UK in 2014 and was then sent the following year for a full inspection and maintenance work as required to Ferrari specialists Moto Technique, an invoice on file for £8, 244. 59 details the work completed.
The second UK owner based in Bristol purchased the car in late 2015, the mileage then being 42, 000km. Since then, Bob Houghton have serviced the car extensively, with invoices detailing work completed in 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2022.
A great example of a Testarossa in excellent original condition that needs nothing. It comes with all books, tools and the above-mentioned history. Amazing value for money.
