The forerunner to the legendary Africa Twin the XLV 750 is air cooled & Honda had issues with overheating of the rear cylinder hence the increased oil capacity. The XLV is shaft drive which was later dropped on the AT to save weight. Not sold in the UK XLVs were sold in Europe & Oz. This bike was restored in Italy by the past owner & brought to the UK. I acquired it 2 years ago with a view to go off road which didn't happen & settled for a Honda CRF 300L Rally hence the desire to sell.
The XLV is in excellent condition for age with new MOT
