Here we have the rare opportunity to own (or re-own in some cases) a bike that we all remember from our youth, the Iconic Yamaha FS1E "Fizzie." Our stunning 1983 UK bike is one of very few examples of the FS1SE Chopper (affectionally known as the "Chicken") still around.
Finished in black, the bike has matching chassis and engine numbers and is showing just 13, 805 miles. It has been fully restored, including a full engine rebuild, with receipt showing work carried out. The bike will receive a service and full MOT prior to sale.
The Yamaha FS1-E has a 49 cc (3. 0 cu in), single cylinder, two-stroke, air-cooled, rotary disc-valved engine with a four-speed gearbox. The FS1-E was the FS1 with the suffix E, which stood for England. The FS1-E had the ability to be powered by pushbike type pedals since this was a legal requirement for registration as a moped in the United Kingdom
