Yamaha dt400 twinshock in totally original condition, except for rear shocks that were replaced many years ago. It has spent most of its life in california with the same owner from new. It was imported in 2019 and registered as a historic vehicle, no tax or mot is required.
engine and frame numbers match. All locks have the same key and it has original toolkit, handbook and bill of sale from 1976!
bike had not run since 1997 so i have carefully recommissioned it with new crank seals, fork seals, oil pump rebuild, new tyres and tubes and upgraded the ignition to a rex system with 12v electrics.
bike is regularly used, and everything works as it should. Ready to ride this summer!
