Presented for sale is my beloved Volkswagen T4 888 X pack Transporter panel van in the rare factory ordered shade of 'Ice blue' complete with a 2: 5tdi diesel engine coupled to a 5 speed gearbox. . Featuring a 2 seat cab, electric windows, cruise control and electric mirrors, half height bulkhead and a glazed tailgate rear . In superb original condition, the like which has to be seen to be believed . Last batch of the model before the T5 came out. New in March 2003 from Main agents LC Charles of Crewe , Cheshire . My van from brand new and myself being the only driver.
Retired in 2016 from daily service and kept in a dry building since . Maintained to the hilt every 5000, miles, and waxoyl underside body treatment applied from 500 miles and every 18 months thereafter.
So in short, as close as you can get to a 'like new' unrestored VW T4 transporter panel van, a rarity indeed!
Winner of well patronized VWNW concours event at Tatton Park in Cheshire, 2015 and 2016, (The only time it has been exhibited) and featured in the premier selling enthusiast magazine, VW Bus T4+ T5 magazine via a 4 page centre spread article along with a photo on the front cover (Issue no 108).
