Full engine strip down & rebuild, +. 010" rebore, new pistons, bearings seals gaskets, new crank bearings. New engine rubber mounts. Head refurb. Gear box & final drive strip down & inspection. All new cables incl. speedo cable. Carb ultrasonic cleaned. New petcocks.
New wiring loom, distributor refurb (new advance retard plate below points plate). Solid state ignition conversion. 12volt conversion. Dynamo refurbished with new brushes, brush holders & electrical conns. Converted to LED main beam, dip, tail light & brake lights incl. period indicators. New on / off switch. New Lithium battery. New brake linings front & rear & new clutch plate. New balloon tyres (period style) with new tubes. New front bearings & head stock bearings. New (refurb) single cantilever seat with new mechanism & spring assembly. Front forks refurbed c/ w new oil, rear plungers refurbished.
In excess of £5k invoices/ refurbishment costs. All brakes, clutch, oils & lubes replaced.
