I have decided to sell my iconic Toyota Townace Super Extra model with electric moonroof. It is a 2. 2 Turbo Diesel, Automatic, and drives beautifully with smooth gear-changing, no knocks, rattles or smoke! The Townace has power steering, electric windows, electric sunroof, electric moonroof, air-conditioning (which needs re-gassing), CD player, tow bar with electrics.
The vehicle is exceptionally sound and has a new 12 month’s MOT. It has been minimally converted into a camper / surfing van, with a double bed, kitchen unit with water pump etc, and many accessories including leisure battery with converter unit, electric lead, TV, portaloo, tent etc. The vehicle is in sound and immediately usable condition yet there is good potential to improve it cosmetically and to create the interior in a style of your own.
These vehicles are becoming extremely rare and there is a strong “cult” following for the Townace and its brothers and sisters! There are various clubs for events, support and parts.
