This is an early 1993 Cabriolet with an extremely rare 2309cc 10v 5 cylinder engine, similar to the one used in the iconic Audi Quattro from the 80s rally car, sounds really good even with factory exhaust. Currently, this is one of 3 examples that I'm aware of being on the roads in the whole UK and the only white, with less than 140k miles.
I've bought the car last year's april and since then I've spent around £2k on restoring it to its current condition.
In 2018 it had new spark plug leads, new distributor and distributor cap.
In 2021, it had cambelt, all auxiliary belts, waterpump, thermostat and coolant changed at a reputable classic car garage. Castrol Oil+ Mann oil filter, Mann air filter, Mann fuel filter replaced by myself, together with 5 new NGK spark plugs and new bosch wipers, with receipts for all parts, only done about 1500 miles since.
Side window rubber seals replaced with genuine Audi parts costing 100£ last year. The car has been wrapped in Pearlescent white, with blue metallic flakes in it, has to be seen in person when it's sunny, to be really appreciated. The leather interior has been removed, deep cleaned and was redyed in royal blue and ivory, including seats and door/ side cards. The manual soft top has been deepcleaned, redyed and treated with fabsil gold this june and it's in very good condition apart from one smaller than 5p coin size hole, which isn't leaking at all, all gutters have been cleaned out as well as all rubber seals treated with silicone for extra waterproofing.
The car is currently on 17" wheels as in pictures included if asking price is met. It will come with these and a set of 15" wheels as well for full asking price or can negotiate a bit with the 15" wheels alone seen in last picture.
New battery purchased about a month ago, as well as a new windscreen, and suspension components for mot. New light bulbs were fitted before mot: Philips Racing Vision 200%+ main beam, Philips OE SPEC sidelight and high beam, Philips ColourVision Yellow fog light bulbs, all new rear Philips OE Spec bulbs.
The only bad point I know of are the central locking not working, opens fine with keys and a slight seepage from the rocker cover, but not bad enough to justify a replacement just yet, but I can get it done for the right money before collection with a deposit paid.
2 keys, some history/ receipts, brand new MoT valud until summer 2023.
