Highly featured 1965 cal look beetle 'Bluey.' It’s been in magazines over the years, road tripped to So. Cal. part of the DKP and for sale now due to my moving abroad with new projects.
It was a DKP car in the USA.
Not many other beetles have as much documented history and magazine time as this one. I have driven it only for a few hundred miles since its rebuild. It is not being used enough and I am leaving the country.
Originally from Michigan and built as a drag car, converted to street spec and now drives perfectly.

I have been amazed at how pleasant and smooth this car is to drive in modern Motorway conditions mainly due to the careful set up and lovely 5 speed Berg box. It is very quick but also it is possible to have a conversation and arrive 'unstressed' at motorway speeds . i am open to sensible but serious offers. Unique very special car. One of the best.
