FOR SALE…………………1940 Lanchester 14/ 2 Roadrider Sports.
This car is one of only six known to the Daimler & Lanchester Owners Club which makes it a very rare car.
It has been in restoration for the last 11 years in a dry workshop.
The engine runs nicely and the pre-select gearbox also works well. It has been stripped to a bare chassis which is as solid as the day it was manufactured. I had it sandblasted, etch primed with three undercoats and three topcoats of chassis black.
The cab has also been lightly sandblasted and had any rust/ rot cut out and new steel welded back in then painted with a high build primer.
