Very very reluctant Sale of my 1967 ex Swedish police bus, due to ill health this bus isn’t going to get done any time soon so unfortunately I’m listing it for sale.
I’ve mostly stripped it ready for restoration, engine is still in and can be heard running, everything I’ve taken off has been boxed and labelled, does need a bit of welding around the jacking point on the near side.
Brand new set of empi’s fitted, I do have another set of copie empi’s that will also go with the van. Being an ex police bus there’s a partition behind the drivers seat. I have the driver and passenger seats but no other interior, I was going to put a modern/ retro interior in.
Has a 1600 twin port engine with a 1600 beetle gearbox, (was told this by the previous owner). I’ve a file full of receipts from when the bus was imported in 2004.
