Description
This is my Studebaker Hawk from 1960. It is a complete restoration carried out here in the UK over a 5 year period with matching numbers and a correct V5c log book.
A full restoration, engine out and repainted to a glass like finish, engine rebuilt, painted and powder coated. All parts refurbished or replaced including so many nuts and bolts. New interior with new headlining and carpets. Brakes and tyres. Exhaust system. Gear box stripped and filter and gaskets changed. New cooling system, radiator and hoses. New battery and wiring. New or re chromed parts with many new chrome parts from Studebaker themselves. Most parts have been sent from Studebaker without regards to costs.
This car has been finished, it was not done to sell but a recent heart attack means that now all my cars will now be sold.
Most of my cars have won best at show although this one has not been seen in public yet, so no doubt will create much interest.
It has the 4221 cc V8 engine and the automatic gear box . the details below
