This is a UK model with a V5 in my name.
I bought this for something to do in my retirement and since I have 4 modern bikes will probably not ride it, so to make room for a new project, to keep me busy it, has to go.
Everything was stripped to the last nut and bolt. The engine is totally refurbed with a +50 rebore, new cam chain and head sorted by renown specialist. The gearbox was inspected and given new selector forks, primary chain, seals etc. Clutch was given new pressure plate, shims: springs and plates all good. The frame and all black bits have been powder coated.
The wheels are rebuilt and the hubs are excellent. New rear shocks (aftermarket). Forks stripped, refurbed and polished. The seat base could be better but is OK. Carbs cleaned and refurbed.
The engine has been vapour blasted/ acid dipped and painted in Simonise VHT aluminium paint. The covers have polished up nicely. Too many new parts to list.
