Reluctantly looking to sell my 1976 Alfa Romeo Montreal project. An original RHD factory car in the stunning non-metallic orange (AR 601). Body has been stripped to a shell and some of the panels that needed replacing have been with NOS panels (bonnet, eyelids, headlamp housings and front end panels). Car has been blasted, doors re-skinned. Floors and most panels are in great shape, but some minor work is needed before painting. All parts are boxed up in an orderly manner. Many new parts and NOS parts have been purchased to help with the restoration and are included in the sale. Interior is complete apart from some of the toggle switches on the dash which can be easily purchased from Classic Alfa. Seats would need re-trimming.
Engine has had the top end disassembled and cleaned. Spica pump needs rebuilding. ZF gearbox also needs rebuilding.
This is a rare opportunity to get a very complete original RHD car as a relatively straightforward project.
