Although i specialise in two valve Airhead Boxers, every now and then I’ll take in something that isn’t my usual stock, but is rather special. This BMW F650 is exactly that. Just arrived from a good customer of mine, this has to be one of the nicest examples of this model available.
There is a huge maintenance / history file to accompany the bike, complete with the original service / handbook, invoices, and old MOTs to support the very low 25k miles. The bike is an absolute credit to not only the three previous owners, but also Peter, who has owned the bike flor a few years now.
The bike has wanted for absolutely nothing from any of its owners, and in the last year alone, has had the complete braking system overhauled (discs, pads, braided lines, calliper and master cylinder re fresh) and new Metzeler Tourance tyres. As you can see, it is also fitted with genuine BMW top box and city panniers. Complete with under seat toolkit. It is also data-tagged.
These bikes are an increasingly popular choice, and cope well with commuting, light off road, and even longer trips given the four valve, twin carb punchy motor. Its hard to imagine there’s a better example out there. Obviously HPI clear. It will also come with a fresh MOT at point of sale.
