This Audi Coupe GT is an excellent example of the classic performance coupe, in highly original condition and mostly refurbished it was my fathers car and has been in my family from new.
It has the 2. 2-litre five-cylinder engine, front wheel drive with five-speed manual transmission.
This has been a familiy car and well maintained. The odometer shows 201, 537 miles.
The refurb includes a full engine overhaul with honed cylinders & new rings. Gear box overhaul with new slave cylinder, master cylinder & clutch. Bodywork overhaul with new paintwork in original Tornado red. New front suspension and wheels refurbed and colour coded. New sony stereo (original Blauplunkt is included). Fully undersealed, Original interior which has yet to be addressed. This is an absolutely genuine, bargain with over 12k spent so far. All the big stuff has been done and just cosmetics to take care of if new owner wants to keep the interior original. It will be sad to see it go as we were doing this project for my son who has now moved to the USA so can't take the car.
