The Bocar XP-7R is a sports car that was built in Denver, Colorado between 1958 and 1961. It was ahead of its time in its design and performance, and is still considered to be a capable and enjoyable car to drive today.
The XP 7R was the supercharged version of the XP-7,. It is powered by a GMC 4-71 driven through a Potvin setup off the front end of the crankshaft. The car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in 5. 5 seconds, and has a top speed of 150 mph. Only three Bocar XP-7Rs were ever built.

Chassis 001: This car was owned by Bob Carnes, the founder of Bocar. It was raced by Carnes in the Pikes Peak Hill Climb in 1958.
Chassis 002: This car was owned by Thom Butz, a race driver from Colorado. It is believed that Butz raced this car in the SCCA Virginia and Daytona races in 1961.
Chassis 003: This car is currently owned by a collector.
