VW T25/ T3 RHD Syncro for sale. Much loved van, selling to finance another van build.
The Syncro is a legendary vehicle developed by VW for military and emergency services, and to support events like the Paris-Dakar. This wagon has taken us all over the UK and Europe and will be the basis for many more adventures :). The vehicle can drive away now as a go anywhere camper or would make a great base vehicle for a rebuild. The van is in North Devon.
New clutch 2022.
MOT valid until 31 August 2024.
Serviced September 2023.
Just completed (September 2023) an 1800 mile trip to Scotland so in good condition mechanically.
This is a permanent 4x4 vehicle and sits approx 20cm higher than standard T25 due to the 4x4 chassis, built for VW by Steyr-Puch in Austria.
Registered 1988 as a Caravelle.
Subsequently converted to a camper.
I rebuilt the interior in 2018 removing the sink and stove as I like to cook outside.
Gas heater still fitted but disconnected.
Rock and roll double bed.
Sleeping space in high top.
Two front seats, one swivels. Two seatbelts on rear seat - van takes 4 in total.
Side awning/ tent and camping kit also available.
2. 1L petrol engine.
New clutch 2022.
Front and rear diff locks.
Vehicle runs well and has weekly road runs.
