Morris MM S8 (semi-sports) model with no bumpers and with the sliding roof and opening windscreen, 2 doors and 4 seat configuration. Built in 1934 and registered in 1935.
Finished internally and externally in green. Both are in good condition (with a lot of originality inside) but some areas of the exterior could benefit from some tidying. Having said that, it is in very good condition for nearly 90 years old and does look great.
The engine starts and runs well, all on the original 6V electrics (with starter motor). 6v indicator flashers have been fitted and use the original semaphore selector. They are fitted on removeable fixings so they can be removed once you are at an event to look completely original. The brakes have been overhauled and now it stops very well, surprisingly confident in modern traffic. The engine is an 847cc side valve Morris engine with 4 speed gearbox.
