This fantastic nice Fiat 850 with original Abarth parts comes from Denmark. The car was delivered new there by the Abarth importer and Fiat dealer Son Borch Christensen. This Abarth importer was always at the forefront of the latest news from the Abarth factory. He was also a successful driver and became Danish champion with an Abarth.
Due to tax regulations, many Fiat's in Denmark were only converted to Abarth there. You could choose from a folder with Abarth products. This Fiat 850 Abarth was equipped with the standard OT package consisting of the famous double Abarth exhaust system, three-spoke sports steering wheel, exclusive Abarth front with famous scorpion logo, various Abarth logos, special tires and rims with cooling holes and Solex 34 PBIC carburettor. Furthermore, this Fiat was equipped with options from the Abarth parts list such as the enlarged 5L aluminum oil pan, Veglia rev counter and Fusina bucket seats, disc brakes on the front wheels and front lowered leaf spring with "reverse eye".
This Fiat 850 OT has had 3 owners and still had the original black number plates from 1966. The car has therefore never been deregistered and Danish from new. The car is in fantastic condition.
