Austin nash Metropolitan convertible.
Excellent condition. LHD
Imported from America by me in 2014. The car had been restored in early 2000 and won several awards.
The 1500 cc engine was restored [receipts to prove ] and runs incredibly well.
The original valve radio was restored and works well.
I have recently fitted a New dynamo cut out and battery, a reconditioned carburettor, electric fuel pump and electronic ignition.
The body is in very good condition and the hood and tonneau are excellent.
The car is the desirable version with the opening boot.
The car is very reliable and could be driven anywhere with confidence.
It is not being used very frequently hence the sale.
It comes with a heritage certificate , workshop manual and receipts.
There is a huge following for these quirky cars in America and the price for convertibles is on the rise
