1991 Mazda MX-5 · Convertible · Driven 94, 000 miles
Unmodified 1. 6l Japanese import with 12 months MOT.
Good points as follows:
- Electric windows that are fast and functioning (quite rare for these cars considering their age and tricky to sort if they don’t work)
- Very limited rust
- Tan interior
- Rare and original Roadster floor mats
- Nardi steering wheel & gear knob with matching handbrake
- Currently black panelling but also comes with an additional set of walnut panelling
- Hard top (worth about £500 themselves) and soft top
- Main and spare key
The car also comes with 12 months MOT and has just had the following work done:
- New brake pads
- Welding at the rear
- New steering rack
Unfortunately, there’s a scratch on the back and small scratch on the front where someone’s scraped me (see pics). However, the car has lived in a driveway and is in very good condition otherwise.
On a slightly personal note, I’ve absolutely loved having it and would love it to go to someone who also thinks it’s as great as I do! I’ve regularly waxed it, cleaned it and kept it in the best condition I can. I’m based/ the car’s in Bristol.
