The Mazda MX5 has been forever set in stone as the people’s favourite affordable sports convertible; a car that Mazda has relied on as its bread and butter, a car capable of being a weekend toy or motorsport competitor. The Mk. II, 2nd generation NB model was produced from 1998-2005 with over 58, 000 being made just in the first production year.
This car has been enjoyed as a weekend runabout by the same couple since 2001, and as a result has just 55, 000 miles on the clock. It is presented in unusually virtually rust-free condition, having been well maintained with regular servicing and maintenance. The interior remains tidy, and the roof was professionally replaced in 2013. The panels and paint are in all-round good order, aside from the odd age-related mark and some lacquer peel on the upper part of the driver’s door. The underside is in good solid condition and has been regularly wax oiled. This is a good opportunity to purchase a lightly used Mazda MX5.
The sale includes current V5C Registration certificate, original folder with Mazda handbooks which includes stamped service history. As well as a large folder of receipts that includes parts and servicing as well as old MOT's.

Vehicles that are un-registered or on foreign plates may require Import Duty and Vat to be paid upon purchase via HMRC prior to registering with the DVLA for a UK plate, if you are not sure please ask. For classic cars over 30 years this equates to 5% Duty on the final value. For cars described as MOT exempt (pre-1983) these vehicles may need their exemption registered with the DVLA.
