Exterior: This 1969 European model Fiat 124 Spider is very close to flawless in its bright red paintwork. All the chrome details are perfect. As you can see, it is today rolling on a set of 15? Volumex wheels, however it also has a set of original Chromodora 13? with hubcaps in perfect condition. Nice black soft-top in cloth and a convertible cover when the top is down. Also, a windschott that can be easily removed. There is absolutely no sign of any rust on this car and the underneath is looking very dry and healthy.
Interior: On the inside, this Fiat 124 Spider 1969 has new wood panels, and the original Veglia Borletti instruments are in perfect order. 3-point seat belts have been installed recently and the radio can be connected with your phone and Spotify list. Carpets are new also in the trunk area.
Engine and mechanics: A lot of things have been done recently to make this Fiat 124 Sport Spider perform at its best. All fluids have been replaced. An aluminum radiator and a new fan have been fitted. New exhaust system installed all the way from the front. Some performance parts have been fitted, but all the original parts are also with the car. New ignition cables and main power switch on the battery. Many gaskets around the engine have been replaced recently to ensure that it should keep dry in the garage.
History: The Fiat 124 Spider for sale here was imported to Sweden in 1989. It was then carefully restored by an elderly Fiat enthusiast whom I knew personally. In 2012, I bought the car myself and owned it for about a year before selling it to a customer. In 2020, then it was time again for the Fiat to come back to me and again I sold it to the customer who has cared for it until today. During all the years, the car has been extremely well taken care of and subsequently upgraded every year to today?s high standard. It comes with two binders full of documentation of everything that has been carried out. This is a fantastic looking Spider ready for new adventures.
