1990 Ford Escort 1600 Bantam Pickup. RHD Import from South Africa with all tax and duty paid. Car is fully Uk registered and we have the V5 here. Decent example which doesnt look like its been worked too hard.
Body - Genuine Ford built Escort Bantam pickup. This one is pretty solid from front to back. Its never been welded underneath. Paintwork is not the worst but its had a blow in on the passenger side and its the wrong colour. Useable as it is but if you wanted a minter youd need to paint it , or at least rectify the passenger side. Good looking old truck.

Mechanics - 1600 CVH carburettor engine. Starts runs and drives as it should. Good brakes, clutch, 5 Speed gearbox. Was MOTD when it came into the country and has about 6 months left. Fogligfht was fitted to meet UK mot requyirtements and the dash has been changed to MPH.
Interior - Original bench seat in good order. Would benefit from a scrub up but no nasty rips or tears
Wheels - Original steels with good tyres. Its screaming out for a set of alloys to be fair
These little trucks are very rare as they were only built for the South African market. Its very difficult to find them in decent order. Please come and see the truck. We have a ramp so you can look underneath. Delivery can be arranged if required please ask for a quote.
