The Bedford TJ enjoyed a long production run from around the late 50s through until the early 90s, the lightest version which was designated the J0, is an uncommon find in the UK, and benefits from the optioned 2. 6lite straight six Vauxhall Cresta engine which is reported to make it fast on the road. It is believed that only around 5, 000 J0's were ever produced with around 20 remaining within the UK. AFM 890A was imported from overseas c. 2021 and has recently been fitted with a new stainless truck bed as it is reported that the original beds were prone to rust. On inspection the pick-up appeared to be relatively complete, and whilst the vendor states that it will require some attention to the fuel system, this is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a desirable truck at a reasonable price.
