I am selling my 1992 SAAB 900 I for 7000 euros History: FIRST HAND - Sole owner since its purchase in 1992. I used it daily until 2005, it has 165000 kms on the odometer and has never had any major repairs on this car. the maintenance has been done very regularly and since then I have passed all my roadworthiness tests without any problem, nor any inspection. However, in September 2024 I did the last roadworthiness test which caused me to have an inspection for the first time for braking problems (braking operational but warning lights on the dashboard still on).
So I took my car to my mechanic and since then he hasn't been able to solve the problem of the ABS warning lights not going out... After changing quite a few parts on the braking system, he told me he was giving up and didn't want to go any further with the repairs. Knowing nothing about mechanics, I decided, much to my regret, to part with my car. It was classified as a classic car in July 2022 (30 years old). My car is rare, legendary and roadworthy, in good general condition, in its original state and never repainted. It's a car in the making for someone who knows mechanics and can fix the brake problem. It has not been involved in any accidents. Service invoices available.
