In 1991, to celebrate 25 years of Lotus being at their 'Hethel' factory in Norfolk a limited edition based on the popular 4 seater Excel was born.
Finished in a special 'Marque Lotus' Metallic Paint, a colour that is very Dark Green that in some lights looks Black, this stunning car is one of only 35 produced.
Finished in a special Full Tan Connolly Leather, this edition enjoyed Air Conditioning, special Body and Interior features including upgraded Stereo and Red Instrument lighting.
Originally registered by Lotus cars themselves it was delivered to Ryland Lotus in Birmingham at a few months old. The next owners prior kept the car from 1991 until 2014.
Having covered an incredible 14000 miles from new and enjoying a full service history and detailed history file, this 'Unicorn' car has only ever had very moderate use in only the best of weather. This Lotus represent an incredible opportunity to own an ultra rare car (one of only 35 made) that is as close to the day condition wise it rolled off the production line.
