The Camaro red paintwork since this restoration is still shiny and shows no blistering or perforating rust, proof of a meticulous restoration.
Imported to France in 2017, 2 owners, the last one only kept it for a year, before I bought it in January 2021.
Since 2018, all the work has been carried out by classic and sports car professionals with invoices available (5300TTC of parts excluding MO) 2019: Top engine rebuilt (pistons, rings, cups, bearings) + front brake discs and rear bearings 2020: Clutch rebuilt + silent block chgt Since 01/ 2021: I have spent 4500€ on parts to have a reliable and comfortable car. 2021: Change of battery, starter, wheel cylinders and rear drum linings, carpet kit, new soft top, new heating valve. Complete overhaul of the seats (frame, foam, cover), new luggage rack, construction of a made-to-measure wind skip. Addition of an oil pressure gauge and voltmeter, addition of a brake pressure regulator/ limiter valve, addition of an electronic ignition and circuit breaker, 2022: New radiator and water pump, addition of a Revotec electric fan kit, BV overhaul and addition of a reconditioned overdrive.
The electrical circuit is 12V with + ground (original assembly) Fuel: 98 petrol with additive 2024-25: Change of satellites, transmission crossbars and overhaul of the axle.
