He kept it with the greatest care. This model comes in an elegant two-tone English Green and Black, with a refined interior: black upholstery at the front and cream at the rear. A true collector's item, this Rolls-Royce is distinguished by its prestigious history, having belonged to a member of the Kennedy family and having been exhibited at exceptional events. It is equipped with an in-line 6-cylinder engine combined with a 4-speed manual gearbox. An overdrive has been added, offering two extra gears in 3rd and 4th gear for enhanced driving pleasure. With 96, 500 miles on the clock, this prestigious car can be started both electrically and by hand crank, and has been serviced exclusively by specialists, with a file of invoices, detailed notes and the original registration cards of previous owners. Designed for owners who wanted to drive their own cars, it enabled Rolls-Royce to weather the Great Depression successfully. Equipped with a 3. 7-litre six-cylinder engine, it developed around 25 fiscal horsepower thanks to a larger bore. Its chassis was fitted with bespoke bodywork by craftsmen such as Park Ward and Mulliner. It also introduced a number of technical developments, including a synchronised gearbox from 1932 and a centralised lubrication system. Its success also influenced Rolls-Royce's acquisition of Bentley in 1931. The engine of the 20/ 25 was adapted to create the 3½-litre Bentley, nicknamed the "Silent Sports Car".
