Citroen DS 23 ie 1973
The Citroen DS was introduced in the autumn of 1955 at the Paris Motor Show - It was a revolutionary car with its advanced technologies and special body shapes. The Citroen DS model used a lot of gas and liquid-powered devices, and they were the most modern technology at the time. The body of the car was also something that had never been seen in the automotive world before, especially in mass-produced cars.
Robert Orna 1967 (model year 1968) The DS and ID got a new, redesigned front. The new shapes invigorated.
On the day of the introduction, Citroen received orders for up to 12, 000 cars in the DS model series. The model series was produced until 1974.
The DS was a very special car. A total of 1, 455, 746 DS models were produced.

Body
The car's body appears to be in good condition with no signs of collision repairs. The doors and hatches fit well in relation to the body's side line. The gaps between the doors, hatches and body panels are throughout in keeping with the era.
The doors and hatches open and close normally. The bumpers are in good condition and fit well into the body.
The car's paintwork has some minor stone chips on the hood.
Glass, lights, seals and trim
The windshield has minor wear. The headlight lenses, taillights, trim parts and the car's rubber seals are all in good condition.
Some wear due to time on the headlights, but they appear to be in keeping with the era.
The taillights are in good condition and intact.
Interior
The interior is in good condition throughout, with wear typical of leather on the front seats, especially on the driver's seat.
Dashboard, instrument cluster, switches in good condition. Small crack in the lower left corner of the instrument cluster frame.
Speaker grille cracked in the middle of the dashboard.
Engine
Engine compartment in original condition. Slight age patina, but otherwise everything is in order. The gearbox is dry, no fluid leaks are noticeable.
The engine starts well and sounds normal and runs at normal operating temperature.
