Description
For sale: 1922 Citroën 5CV Cabriolet - Belgian registration Beautiful 1922 Citroën 5CV in very good condition. This is the rarer cabriolet version, equipped with side windows allowing the car to be closed completely when the soft top is closed. This is one of the very first cabriolets built on this chassis, recognisable by its large boot lid. The car has been fully restored from the chassis by the previous owner, then finished by myself in maximum respect of the original (chassis, engine, body woodwork, interior, soft top, radiator, etc.). The Citroën is registered in Belgium and has a roadworthiness certificate valid until 2027. The car has been put up for sale due to a lack of space; it is regularly used for club outings and local vintage car shows (around 500 km a year) and has always been serviced every year. In spring 2025, the engine had another oil change and all the grease nipples were checked. It still starts on the first crank (better when cold) and the original starter motor is still present and functional. On purchase, full explanations of maintenance, adjustments and use in traffic will be provided.
